GN 28' enclosed Trailer, Eureka Downs Memorabilia & Liquidation

All items sold as-is, where-is with no warranty expressed or implied on function or condition.  There will be a 10% buyer's premium added to the final bid to arrive at the purchase price.  Payment accepted will be in the form of cash or check, please make checks payable to "Johnson Auction Acct.".  Payment must be received prior to removal.  Lots will start closing at 7:00 PM on Thurs., April 7th and will have a staggered close, meaning one lot will close every 30 seconds until all lots have closed.  Lots will soft close, meaning if a bid is received within 1 minute of close the item will automatically extend by 1 minute.  All online bids are legally binding and final.  Items become the buyers responsibility at the close of the auction.  Johnson Realty nor the Greenwood County Fair Association is responsible for theft of items after the close of the auction.  Removal will be on April 9, 2022 between 9:00 am - 1:00 pm or by prior arrangement.  Items must be removed by 1:00 pm, Saturday, April 9th, 2022.  To set up removal time contact Alan Johnson at 620-750-0093.   Any item left after 4/09/2022 will no longer be available for pickup but will still have to be paid for.  Please bring your own equipment, help, etc. for picking up items.  Please reach out to us with any questions!  Thanks, Johnson Realty!
