Dan Shue Estate Personal Property - Tools, Shop Equipment, and Misc.

All items sold as-is, where-is with no warranty expressed or implied on function or condition.  There will be a 10% buyer's premium added to the final bid to arrive at the purchase price.  Credit card is required to bid.  Payment accepted will be cash or check, paid at pickup (if paying in cash please bring exact change).  Please ask questions before bidding as there are no refunds on purchases.  Payment must be received prior to removal.  Lots will start closing at 6:00 PM on Wed., November 9th and will have a staggered close, meaning one lot will close every 20 seconds until all lots have closed.  Lots will soft close, meaning if a bid is received within 30 seconds of close the item will automatically extend by 30 seconds.  All online bids are legally binding and final.  Items become the buyer's responsibility at the close of the auction.  Removal & pickup of all items will be Friday, November 11th, 2022 between 2:00 pm and 7:00 pm.  No exceptions will be made for removal of items, it is the buyers responsibility to remove their items during the allotted removal time.  Items shall not be removed until those items have been paid in full.  Please bring valid ID matching the bidder registration to verify purchases.  Any item not picked up or paid for during the allotted removal time will be forfeited with payment still required and will be charged to the credit card on file.  There will be a $30 fee added for any returned checks.  If not reconciled by paying in cash within 24 hours of being notified, the credit card on file will then be charged the original invoice amount plus the $30 fee.  Items are located at three different garages in the city of Eureka.  The majority of items are located at the corner of 1st St. and Pine St. in Eureka, KS.  All buyers must initially bring their payment to this location and then from there will be given items they won at that location and/or given directions and location for their remaining items to be picked up, which will also be picked up in the same time frame.  Please bring your own equipment, help, etc. for picking up items.  Please reach out to us with any questions!  We want to thank you in advance for your patience during pickup.  Due to the quantity of items and the layout of the properties, pickup may be slower than we are normally accustom too.  Thanks, Johnson Realty!

Less than $50  -  $1/bid

$50 to $200  -  $5/bid

$200 to $500  -  $10/bid

$500 to $1000  -  $25/bid

$1000 to $10000  -  $100/bid

Greater than $10000 - $500/bid

Max Bid Info

Bidders are able to place bids in two ways.  Bids can be placed manually or a bidder can enter a max bid, the software will then bid for them as bids from other bidders come in, up to the maximum amount they entered.  Since the software can not predict how the future bids will come in this leads to a situation where sometimes a bidder will place a bid manually and then immediately get outbid for the same amount.  This is because another bidder had a max bid placed at that amount and the software will take the bid that was placed first.  For example if you manually bid $10 on an item and instantly get out bid but the item remains at $10, another bidder's max bid was $10 so if you bid $11 at that point you would have surpassed their max bid.
