All items sold as-is, where-is with no warranty expressed or implied on function or condition. There will be a 10% buyer's premium added to the final bid to arrive at the purchase price. Credit card is required to bid. Payment accepted will be cash or check, paid at pickup (if paying in cash please bring exact change). Please ask questions before bidding as there are no refunds on purchases. Payment must be received prior to removal. Lots will start closing at 7:00 PM on Wednesday, September 20th and will have a staggered close, meaning one lot will close every 2 minutes for lots 1-30 and every 30 seconds for remaining lots until all lots have closed. Lots will soft close, meaning if a bid is received within 30 seconds of close the item will automatically extend by 30 seconds. All online bids are legally binding and final. Items become the buyer's responsibility at the close of the auction. Removal & pickup of all items will be Thursday, September 21st, 2023 between 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm. Location: Eureka, KS. Exact location/address will be sent to winning bidders at the close of the auction. No exceptions will be made for removal of items, it is the buyer's responsibility to remove their items during the allotted removal time. If you know you will be unable to meet this pickup window but still want to bid prior arrangements can be made to pick up firearms by calling Lane or Alan to schedule a pickup time at The Johnson Realty Office. You must call prior to the close of the auction to schedule. Items shall not be removed until those items have been paid in full. Anyone purchasing a firearm must be 18 years of age or older and a legal resident of the state of Kansas with no prior felony convictions. Must present valid ID at pickup/removal.

Max Bid Info
Bidders are able to place bids in two ways. Bids can be placed manually or a bidder can enter a max bid, the software will then bid for them as bids from other bidders come in, up to the maximum amount they entered. Since the software can not predict how the future bids will come in this leads to a situation where sometimes a bidder will place a bid manually and then immediately get outbid for the same amount. This is because another bidder had a max bid placed at that amount and the software will take the bid that was placed first. For example if you manually bid $10 on an item and instantly get out bid but the item remains at $10, another bidder's max bid was $10 so if you bid $11 at that point you would have surpassed their max bid.
