All items must be removed by Friday, May 3rd. Removal will be by appointment only (please call to schedule) Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday. No items may be picked up on the day of the auction. Location: Items will be picked up at Johnson Realty, 1901 E. River in Eureka, KS. No exceptions will be made for removal of items, it is the buyer's responsibility to remove their items during the allotted removal time. Items shall not be removed until those items have been paid in full. Please bring valid ID matching the bidder registration to verify purchases. Anyone purchasing a firearm must be 18 years of age or older and a legal resident of the state of Kansas with no prior felony convictions. Must present valid ID at pickup/removal.
