All vehicles, equipment, & items sold as-is, where-is with no warranty expressed or implied on function or condition.  There will be a 10% buyer's premium added to the final bid to arrive at the purchase price.  Payment accepted will be cash or check and must be paid or postmarked by Friday, March 21st at 5 PM, unless prior arrangements have been made.  Please ask questions before bidding as there are no refunds on purchases.  Payment must be received prior to removal.  Lot will start closing at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, March 19th.  Lots will soft close, meaning if a bid is received within 90 seconds of close the item will automatically extend by 90 seconds.  All online bids are legally binding and final.  Items become the buyer's responsibility at the close of the auction.  All items must be removed by Friday, April 4th.  Removal will be by appointment only.  Location:  1901 E. River, Eureka, KS (Johnson Realty Office).  No exceptions will be made for removal of items, it is the buyer's responsibility to remove their items during the allotted removal time.  Items shall not be removed until those items have been paid in full.  Please bring valid ID matching the bidder registration to verify purchases.  Please bring your own equipment, help, etc. for picking up items.

Johnson Realty & Auction has provided information based upon the seller's and our knowledge of the vehicles/items.  It is the bidder’s responsibility to inspect the item, prior to bidding, and make their own assessment as to the vehicle/item’s condition and suitability for use.  We report the mileage/hours shown on the odometer/meter, we will not guarantee actual known mileage/hours.  Everything is sold "as is in its presenting existing condition" without any guarantees or warranties by the seller or Johnson Realty & Auction.  Johnson Realty & Auction is not responsible for any statements about the vehicle/items made by the Seller.

Any item not picked up or paid for during the allotted removal time will be forfeited with payment still required.  There will be a $30 fee added for any returned checks.

Bid Increments

Less than $50  -  $1/bid

$50 to $200  -  $5/bid

$200 to $500  -  $10/bid

$500 to $5000  -  $25/bid

$5000 to $10000  -  $100/bid

Greater than $10000 - $200/bid

Max Bid Info

Bidders are able to place bids in two ways.  Bids can be placed manually or a bidder can enter a max bid, the software will then bid for them as bids from other bidders come in, up to the maximum amount they entered.  Since the software can not predict how the future bids will come in this leads to a situation where sometimes a bidder will place a bid manually and then immediately get outbid for the same amount.  This is because another bidder had a max bid placed at that amount and the software will take the bid that was placed first.  For example if you manually bid $10 on an item and instantly get out bid but the item remains at $10, another bidder's max bid was $10 so if you bid $11 at that point you would have surpassed their max bid.
